Shipping Instructions

For Mail-in repair service please follow these instructions: Most customers elect to use a bubble envelope to ship their smaller devices. For iPad or Tablet repairs please use bubble wrap or another safe packing material with a sturdy box or padded envelope sized appropriately for your device. DO NOT SEND CASES, BOXES, or CABLES with your device. Customers may be charged additional shipping fees if R3 Electronics is required to ship these additional items. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your device. When your device is received you will receive an email letting you know your device has arrived. We will continue to keep you updated during the repair process and provide you tracking on your order once it has been shipped. Overview

All repairs have a 30 day warranty on labor items. We pass on our lifetime limited warranty on all parts (does not include accidental damage). If refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: R3 Electronics 17914 Cottonwood Dr. Parker, CO 80134 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
